These Terms & Conditions constitute the legal agreement between you and i8bet governing your use of the platform, its games, services, promotions, and payment facilities. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any bet.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are entered into between you ("Player", "User", "you") and i8bet ("i8bet", "we", "us", "the Platform") and govern all use of the i8bet website, mobile interface, games, sportsbook, casino products, promotional offers, and associated services (collectively, the "Services"). 2.2 Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. The operation of multiple Accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities.
2.3 During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact number. i8bet reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided at any time.
2.4 KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal can be processed and may be triggered at any point during your use of the Platform at i8bet's discretion. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo identification (MyKad, passport) and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login details to any third party. i8bet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3.2 You must notify i8bet immediately via live chat or support email if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account or if your login credentials have been compromised.
3.3 You may only use the Platform for your personal entertainment. Use of the Platform for commercial purposes, as a business enterprise, or on behalf of a third party is prohibited without the express written consent of i8bet.
3.4 You agree to keep your registered contact information — including email address and Malaysian mobile number — current and accurate. i8bet uses these details for account verification, promotional communications (where opted in), and security alerts.
4.1 i8bet accepts deposits via approved Malaysian payment methods including Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, and Public Bank online banking. Available methods may vary and are subject to change. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
4.2 Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the point of transaction. i8bet reserves the right to modify these limits at its discretion with reasonable notice.
4.3 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the Account holder's own name. Third-party withdrawals are prohibited. i8bet reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
4.4 Withdrawal processing times are indicative only. eWallet withdrawals (Touch n Go, Boost) are typically processed within 15 minutes during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically completed on the same business day for requests submitted before 5:00 PM MYT. i8bet shall not be liable for delays caused by payment processors, financial institutions, or factors outside i8bet's reasonable control.
4.5 i8bet complies with anti-money laundering obligations. Transactions that appear inconsistent with normal gaming activity may be subject to additional review and reporting obligations. i8bet reserves the right to withhold processing of any transaction pending such review.
5.1 All bets are subject to the specific game rules applicable to the product being played (live casino, sportsbook, slots, Plinko, or other). Game-specific rules are published within the relevant game interface and take precedence over these general Terms in case of conflict.
5.2 Bets are not valid and will be voided where: (a) a technical error caused incorrect odds or game parameters to be displayed; (b) a bet was placed after the official closing time or event start, regardless of any display anomaly; (c) a bet was placed using exploited system vulnerabilities or software errors.
5.3 For live sports betting, i8bet reserves the right to suspend or close markets at any time. In-play odds are subject to rapid fluctuation. Once a bet is confirmed by i8bet's system, it is binding at the recorded odds and stake, subject to Clause 5.2 above.
5.4 Where a void bet occurs, the staked amount is returned to the Account Balance. Where part of an accumulator bet is voided, the voided selection is treated as a non-runner and the accumulator reduced accordingly.
6.1 All promotional offers made available to i8bet Players are subject to specific terms published at the point of the promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
6.2 Unless stated otherwise, Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them become withdrawable. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games are detailed in the relevant promotion terms.
6.3 i8bet reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after Players have commenced participation, i8bet will honour any commitments already triggered under that promotion on a case-by-case basis.
6.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, the use of arbitrage betting strategies to meet wagering requirements at minimal risk, or collusion between Players — is prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the i8bet Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

The Platform provides tools to help Players manage their activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from the Account settings panel and activate immediately upon configuration.
8.2 Self-exclusion may be requested for a minimum period of six (6) months. During self-exclusion, the Player's Account will be suspended, all promotional communications will cease, and re-registration will be refused for the duration of the exclusion period. 9.1 All content on the i8bet Platform, including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text, data compilations, and the overall design and structure of the Platform ("Content"), is the property of i8bet or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 No Player or third party may copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, or otherwise exploit any Content without the prior written consent of i8bet. This restriction applies to all formats, including screenshots, streams, and derivative works.
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, i8bet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of gaming profits, loss of data, or service interruptions.
10.2 i8bet's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
10.3 i8bet shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by: (a) technical failures outside i8bet's reasonable control, including internet connectivity failures; (b) force majeure events; (c) the acts or omissions of third-party payment processors; or (d) a Player's failure to comply with these Terms.
11.1 i8bet reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reason to believe that: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) fraudulent or illegal activity has occurred; (c) KYC requirements have not been met; or (d) continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Players.
11.2 Upon termination of an Account for reasons other than fraud or breach of these Terms, any verified real-money Balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the Player via the payment method on file, subject to standard KYC and withdrawal processing procedures.
11.3 A Player may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting i8bet support. Upon closure, any pending bets will be settled in the ordinary course. Verified real-money Balance will be returned per Clause 11.2.
12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under i8bet's international gaming authority licence jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
12.2 In the event of any dispute between you and i8bet, you should first contact i8bet's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. i8bet aims to resolve all disputes within five (5) business days of receipt of a written complaint.
12.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable gaming regulatory authority. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
12.4 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and i8bet in relation to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior representations, agreements, or understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
